Robert DRescher, CEO and Co-Founder

Robert has more than 30 years of experience building and growing entrepreneurial teams and has been at the helm of Caligotech since it's founding in 2017. Prior to starting Caligotech, Robert was the CEO of Cellfire, a pioneer in digital offer management for consumer packaged goods companies and retailers. Cellfire was acquired by Catalina Marketing.  Robert was also CEO of Softcoin which was sold to You Technologies/Kroger. Prior to his work at SoftCoin, Robert was President and CEO of Optivo Corporation, a venture-funded start-up offering innovative e-business applications to drive profitability for on-line retailers. He has also held executive roles at Oblix, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the venture-funded company's marketing strategy, as well as Aspect Telecommunications and VeriFone, Inc. He has held various positions with the ROLM Corporation and as a Management Consultant with McKinsey and Company. Robert holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and master's degrees in both engineering and business from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Frank Careccia, CTO and Co-Founder

Frank is responsible for the development, deployment, and operation of Caligotech's solution. Frank is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in global, mid-sized and start-up companies where he has brought a number of wireless, enterprise level, and infrastructure applications to market. Prior to joining Caligotech, Frank was the CTO of Cellfire where he pioneered the development and deployment of the first digital offers for CPGs that were redeemed directly in-store on a shoppers loyalty card. Cellfire was acquired by Catalina Marketing.  Prior to joining Cellfire, Frank was VP of Engineering at Obopay where he delivered their first complete mobile payment platform and mobile client covering most of today's popular Brew and J2ME phones. Frank has held executive level engineering positions at IPLocks Inc, Brandsoft, Inc, Visto Corp, Inprise/Borland Corp, and BMC Software. Frank holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University, a BS in Systems Engineering and Operation Research from Polytechnic Institute of New York, and has done advanced studies at Lehigh University.

 

Bob Wedge, EVP, Business Development

With over 30 years of experience in sales and business development, Bob is responsible for the promotional digital content on the Caligotech platform through partnerships with CPG companies, retailers and third-party/agency providers. Prior to joining Caligotech, Bob was VP of Sales for Cellfire, closing exclusive digital content agreements with CPG’s and 3 rd party providers for the Cellfire platform and retailer network. Cellfire was acquired by Catalina Marketing. Additionally, he held various positions at Experian, Acxiom, Merkle, Cox Media and Donnelley Marketing, responsible for CRM database, data, and analytic sales to the CPG’s, Travel/Entertainment, Financial, and Automotive verticals. Bob holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marquette University.
